2013 Award of Honor For Renovation of Recovery Center
Aldersgate Village’s Recovery Center receives award from Associated General Contractors of Kansas.
Aldersgate Village is excited to announce that the Recovery Center received an Award of Honor for Renovation at the 2013 Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Kansas 25th Annual State Building Awards! Criteria for the judging of the awards include significant construction features, innovative construction techniques and outstanding examples of workmanship.
“We have created the premier rehabilitation facility in Northeast Kansas,” said Jerry C. Ney, Aldersgate Village President & CEO. “The Recovery Center is an integral piece to our organization’s service line and we are appreciative to JE Dunn for their hard work in ensuring our vision became a reality.”
“The goal for the Recovery Center is to provide comprehensive post-acute physical therapy care, equipped with revolutionary technology like an anti-gravity treadmill with technology developed by NASA, and allowing patients to return to their lives quickly,” said Ney. “This superior physical space, along with highly-skilled staff and an excellent team of clinical partners, allow our patients to return to a more active and mobile lifestyle.”
